1. In 4 days retreat, following features are included:

  • Ayurvedic full body treatment(one session)
  • Pick up facility from the airport
  • 3 times healthy meals
  • Accommodation for 3 nights

2. In 7 days retreat included:
  • Daily yoga classes for relaxing the body, mind & soul
  • Jal Neti, pranayama, yoga nidra & meditation classes regularly
  • Visit to Vashith meditation cave
  • Viewing Ganga Arti
  • Fun activities like trekking & rafting
  • Daily healthy meals (3 times)
  • Accommodation for 6 nights

  • Nidra
3. In 10 days retreat included:
  • Regular practical classes of yoga
  • Knowledge about the basics of yoga classes
  • Get introduced to yoga therapy basics
  • Introduction about various diseases & how it can be cured through yoga
  • Conversation about Human system
  • Pranayama & meditation classes(outdoor)
  • Exploring nature which includes trekking & sightseeing
  • Ayurvedic Massage (once in whole period)
  • Accommodation for 9 nights
  • Daily healthy meals
